Rieter Holding AG (SIX: RIEN), the Swiss textile machinery manufacturer, has issued an ad hoc market update under Swiss disclosure rules on the status of its planned acquisition of the Barmag Division from OC Oerlikon. The company confirmed that it has now received all required regulatory approvals for the transaction, with closing expected at the beginning of February 2026.
